
Songwriting:
Harry’s songwriting has been described as “folk rock with a touch of blues.” A versatile songwriter, performer, and storyteller, he crafts memorable melodies and thought-provoking lyrics aimed at connecting with everyday listeners. His use of imagery from nature helps portray life’s struggles, with a message of hope and resilience within those struggles. Harry has received national recognition for his work, including winning in the Silver category for his song “Night Bird” in the 26th Annual Mid Atlantic Song Contest.

In addition to his originals, Harry performs a wide variety of classic covers from artists such as Jimmy Buffett, The Beatles, The Eagles, Garth Brooks, Simon and Garfunkel, James Taylor and America. He has a repertoire of more than 150 songs and can move easily from artists like Roger Miller to more modern acts like REM and Sugar Ray.Before moving to South Carolina, Harry performed professionally at venues in the Washington DC area such as The Frederick Coffee Company, Elk Run Winery, Springfield Manor Winery, and as the Featured Songwriter at the Brewer’s Alley Showcase in Frederick MD. Since moving to Carolina, he has performed as the Featured Songwriter at The Tasting Room on 9th in Myrtle Beach, and has played the Conway Farmer’s Market and private events.
